Shrimp Cocktail

41-55 count frozen tail-on cooked shrimp flashed in boiling salt water for about 3 minutes (turn burner off after adding shrimp).

Ketchup, horseradish, celery, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice. Serve with sweet potato fries.
